Impossible raspberry flan

|1 cup||Desiccated coconut|
|1 tsp||Vanilla essence/extract|
|2 cups||Raspberries, fresh or frozen|
1. Use fresh raspberries or thaw frozen raspberries. Place eggs, butter, flour, milk, sugar, coconut, 2tsp orange rind and vanilla essence in the bowl of a food processor. Process until combined.
2. Place raspberries over the base of a round 20cm ovenproof dish or quiche dish.
3. Pour coconut mixture over. Bake at 180 degrees C for 50 minutes or until set.
