Avocado with Crab and Prawns

Shellfish and avocado is a traditional pairing, and this version uses store-bought aioli to give it a new flavour.

Ingredients

3 Avocados
170 g Crab meat
1 cup Aioli
1 tbsp Lemon juice
½ tsp Smoked paprika
12 Cooked prawns
1 tbsp Tomato sauce

Directions

  1. Cut avocados in half and remove stones.
  2. Place drained crab meat in a bowl and gently mix in aïoli, lemon juice, paprika and tomato sauce.
  3. Divide mixture among avocado halves.
  4. Garnish each avocado with two prawns (cooked and tails on).
