Tunisian lamb skewers

Directions

  1. Cut lamb into cubes. Mix turmeric, ginger, coriander, cumin, chilli and garlic salt together. Roll meat in spice mixture.
  2. Thread evenly on to metal skewers, with a bay leaf between every second piece of meat. Brush or spray skewers with oil.
  3. Grill or barbecue, turning often until cooked. Serve with couscous.
