Print Ingredients 2 Shallots 25 g Butter 1 tsp Manuka honey 1 tsp Dijon mustard 2 Nectarines ½ cup White wine ½ cup Chicken stock ½ tsp Iodised salt 1 to taste Black pepper - ground 2 Chicken breasts + Add to shopping list Directions Peel shallots and slice finely. Heat butter in a small saucepan. Add shallots and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until soft. Add honey and mustard. Cut nectarines in half. Remove stones and chop flesh roughly. Add to mustard mixture with wine and chicken stock. Simmer until nectarines are very soft and sauce has thickened. Add salt and pepper. Barbecue chicken(skinned) until cooked. Serve with Nectarine Sauce and fresh greens.
