Salmon parcels with sesame and miso

2 salmon fillets Aluminium foil 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon miso paste 2 tablespoons mirin 2 spring onions 2 teaspoons toasted black and white sesame seeds 1 lime Remove bones from salmon fillets.

| 1 tsp | Sesame oil |
| 1 tbsp | Miso paste |
| 2 tbsp | Mirin |
| 2 | Spring onions |
| 2 tsp | Sesame seeds |
| 1 | Lime |
Directions
- Remove bones from salmon fillets. Cut two pieces of foil large enough to wrap around fillets. Place salmon in the centre of each piece of foil. Mix sesame oil, miso paste and mirin together.
- Spread sesame oil mixture over salmon fillets. Wash spring onions and chop finely. Sprinkle over salmon. Wrap aluminium foil around salmon pieces to form a parcel.
- Bake on a barbecue hot plate for 5 to 8 minutes or until cooked to your liking. Sprinkly with black and white sesame seeds and serve with lime wedges.
