|5 cm||Fresh ginger, piece|
|1 tsp||Garam masala|
|1 tsp||Ground paprika|
|1 tsp||Iodised salt|
|1 tsp||Lemon, grated rind|
|1¼ cups||Plain unsweetened yoghurt|
|6||Chicken thighs, skinless, cutlets|
- Peel onion and chop finely. Crush garlic, peel and chop finely. Peel ginger and grate. Place onion, garlic and ginger in a bowl with garam masala, paprika, salt, vinegar, lemon rind and yoghurt. Mix together well.
- Place chicken in a baking dish. Pour over yoghurt mixture. Bake at 180 degC for 40 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is tested.
- Serve with Indian breads.
