New-look pumpkin soup

|1 tsp||Curry powder|
|210 g||Vegetable soup mix|
|2 cups||Chicken stock|
- Peel onion and chop finely. Wash celery and chop finely.
- Peel pumpkin and cut into 4cm pieces. Heat butter in a large saucepan.
- Add onion, celery, pumpkin and curry powder. Stir for 2 to 3 minutes. Add soup mix, water and chicken stock.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 45 minutes. Purée in batches in a food processor or blender. Reheat. Serve with croutons.
