Balsamic Braised Red Cabbage and Onions
Cabbage and onions have never tasted so sweet or so good! Serve as a side with any meat dish.
|2 tbsp||Olive oil|
|3 tbsp||Balsamic vinegar|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
- Heat oven to 190 degC. Place all ingredients in an oven pan, season with salt and pepper and toss well. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil and toss ingredients well. Continue cooking for 10 minutes more, until cabbage is crisp-tender and lightly browned in places.
