Directions

  1. Place all ingredients (tamarind water, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, fresh coriander) in a bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Serve this as a dipping sauce for grilled prawns or Thai fish cakes, as a dressing for grilled fish fillets or as a marinade for meat like chicken kebabs or beef steak.
