| 400 g | Butter beans |
| 100 g | Sliced Salami |
| 150 g | Feta cheese |
| 1 | Red onion |
| 3 | Celery stalks |
| 3 tbsp | Fresh parsley |
| 1 | Lemon |
| 3 tbsp | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 1 to taste | Salt & freshly ground pepper |
Directions
- Combine beans, salami, feta, onion, celery and parsley in a large bowl.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
