Barbecued Asparagus with Parmesan and Rocket
Asparagus is absolutely delicious done this way and makes a great side dish to a barbecue meal.
|1 to drizzle||Olive oil|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|¼ cup||Parmesan cheese|
|1 to drizzle||Balsamic|
- Heat a barbecue or char-grill pan. Place asparagus in a bowl with the garlic, drizzle with the oil and toss well. Season with salt and pepper and barbecue or char-grill for 1 to 3 minutes on each side, turning once during cooking.
- Serve asparagus scattered with rocket and parmesan(Freshly shaved), and drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
