Barbecued Asparagus with Parmesan and Rocket

Directions

  1. Heat a barbecue or char-grill pan. Place asparagus in a bowl with the garlic, drizzle with the oil and toss well. Season with salt and pepper and barbecue or char-grill for 1 to 3 minutes on each side, turning once during cooking.
  2. Serve asparagus scattered with rocket and parmesan(Freshly shaved), and drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
