Tuna and spinach pizza

|1||Pizza base/Pita bread|
|¼ cup||Sour cream|
|½ cup||Mozzarella cheese|
|185 g||Tuna in spring water|
|75 g||Baby spinach|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
- Heat oven to 200°C. Place pizza base on a lightly greased oven tray. Spread base with sour cream, leaving the edge free of topping.
- Scatter with grated mozzarella, drained tuna, baby spinach and cherry tomato halves evenly over the base. Season topping with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake the pizza for 20 to 35 minutes, or until topping is bubbling hot and the pizza crust is golden brown. Slice and serve immediately.
