Oriental noodle salad with coriander dressing( SERVES 4 ) 28/1/2007 Your Rating: Ratings: No ratings yet Make a Comment Add to Favourites 1 Print Dressing (You can click on ingredients to see more related recipes) 2 tbsp Soy sauce, light 1 tbsp Sesame oil 1 piece Fresh ginger, 2cm, grated ½ cup Coriander, chopped Salad 425 g Baby sweetcorn, (1 can), drained 227 g Canned water chestnuts, drained 1 Red pepper, finely sliced with seeds removed 1 cup Mung bean sprouts 4 Spring onions, finely sliced on an angle 1 packet Crispy noodles, 150g + Add to shopping list Directions Make dressing by combining soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger and coriander in a small bowl.
