| 1 punnet | Raspberries |
| 2 tbsp | Sugar |
| 300 ml | Cream |
Directions
- Combine hulled strawberries, raspberries and sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Process berries to purée. In a bowl, lightly whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Fold berry purée into whipped cream. Spoon into serving glasses and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
