Directions

  1. Combine hulled strawberries, raspberries and sugar in the bowl of a food processor. Process berries to purée. In a bowl, lightly whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold berry purée into whipped cream. Spoon into serving glasses and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
