Mini bagel BLT sandwiches

|4||Bagels, mini, split in half|
|1 to spread||Butter, or mayonnaise|
|4 slices||Bacon, crispy fried, drained on paper towels|
|2 leaves||Iceberg lettuce|
|2||Tomatoes, medium, sliced and drained on paper towels|
|1||Salt & freshly ground pepper, to season|
- Lightly spread sliced bagels with butter or mayonnaise, as preferred.
- Layer bacon, lettuce and tomato onto bagel bases. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Sandwich together with remaining bagel halves. Wrap in plastic wrap to keep fresh.
Tip: Placing the tomato slices on paper towels will remove a lot of the moisture and prevent the bagels going soggy.
