Apple, Pecan and Cranberry Stuffing

Directions

  1. Combine ingredients and mix well (ensure you chop ingredients well). 
  2. Place onto lightly sprayed tinfoil and roll into a 21cm x 5cm wide log. Fold tinfoil over and chill for 1 hour. 
  3. Preheat oven to 180 degC fan bake and cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes. 
  4. Serve with ham, turkey or chicken.
