Baked Feta and Olives

Serve with crusty bread, this is an absolutely delicious and easy to prepare snack.

|400 g||Feta cheese|
|1 cup||Kalamata olives|
|1 to taste||Black pepper - ground|
|2 tbsp||Fresh dill|
|1 to serve||Bread|
- Heat oven to 200 degC. Place feta (creamy style) in an ovenproof dish, scatter with olives(pitted) and drizzle with a little olive oil. Season with black pepper.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Scatter with dill and serve with crusty bread as a starter or snack.
* Store feta in its liquid brine, as it dries out rapidly when removed from this liquid.
