Pea & feta spread
|150 g||Frozen peas|
|2 tsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|100 g||Feta cheese|
- Defrost peas in a microwave.
- Add butter and oil. Blitz or mash together.
- Crumble feta cheese into mixture and season.
- Blend everything together until spread is smooth yet still chunky in texture.
