Chocolate fudge sauce
|¼ cup||Caster sugar|
|1 tsp||Vanilla essence/extract|
|125 g||Dark chocolate, melts|
- Mix cornflour and milk together until smooth. Combine with sugar in a saucepan and stir over heat until sauce boils and thickens.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla and chocolate to melt. Stir until smooth.
- Serve hot, poured over icecream or other puddings, as desired.
- Makes 1.5 cups
