Chocolate fudge sauce

Ingredients

2 tsp Cornflour
¾ cup Milk
¼ cup Caster sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence/extract
125 g Dark chocolate, melts

Directions

  1. Mix cornflour and milk together until smooth. Combine with sugar in a saucepan and stir over heat until sauce boils and thickens.
  2. Remove from heat, add vanilla and chocolate to melt. Stir until smooth.
  3. Serve hot, poured over icecream or other puddings, as desired.
  4. Makes 1.5 cups
