1 tbsp oil 1 onion, finely sliced 2 sticks celery, thinly sliced 1 packet oaggi Creamy Seafood Soup Mix 2 cups milk 600g white-fleshed fish, such as cod, John Dory, tarakihi or hoki 3 tbsp chopped fresh

Ingredients

1 tbsp Oil
1 Onion, finely sliced
2 stalks Celery, thinly sliced
2 cups Milk
600 g White fish, such as cod, John dory, tarakihi or hoki
3 tbsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
1 packet Soup mix, Maggi creamy seafood

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large saucepan, add onion and celery and cook over a low heat for 5 minutes to soften. Blend soup mix with milk and add to the pan.
  2. Bring to the boil, stirring until mixture thickens. Cut fish into large chunks and add to the pan. Simmer very gently for 10 minutes to cook fish. Stir in chopped parsley and serve.

Tip: This dish is delicious when served with your choice of a green vegetable and mashed potatoes, kumara, steamed rice or pasta.
