BLAT (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado and Tomato) Burgers
Homemade burgers are delicious. Serve with crunchy homemade fries on the side.

|8||Bacon - rindless|
|4 pieces||Iceberg lettuce|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
- Heat a grill on high and place bacon on a rack over a grill pan. Grill bacon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Toast burger buns under a hot grill. Cover bun bases with some lettuce and a few slices of tomato. Top each stack with 2 slices of bacon and some sliced avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper. Replace lids on the buns and serve immediately.
