Directions

  1. Heat a grill on high and place bacon on a rack over a grill pan. Grill bacon for 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  2. Toast burger buns under a hot grill. Cover bun bases with some lettuce and a few slices of tomato. Top each stack with 2 slices of bacon and some sliced avocado.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Replace lids on the buns and serve immediately.
