Sticky soy chicken wings

- Place chicken (use chicken wing drums - the thicker part of the chicken wing) in a flat, deep-sided ceramic dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 200 deg C. Place chicken in a single layer in an oven pan. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked and well-browned.
- Serve, for example, with steamed green vegetables and fluffy rice.
