Directions

  1. Place chicken (use chicken wing drums - the thicker part of the chicken wing) in a flat, deep-sided ceramic dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Toss well to combine. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 200 deg C. Place chicken in a single layer in an oven pan. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes until cooked and well-browned.
  3. Serve, for example, with steamed green vegetables and fluffy rice.
