Winter pear, pasta and blue cheese salad

|100 g||Salad greens|
|2 tbsp||Cider vinegar|
|3 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|100 g||Blue cheese|
|1 cup||Pecan/ Walnuts|
- Cook pasta(any type such as bows, spirals or penne) in plenty of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes, or to packet instructions, until tender to the bite. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool, then drain again.
- Slice pears. Combine cold pasta, sliced pears, nuts and salad greens in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegar and oil, season with salt and pepper and toss well.
- Lastly, add blue cheese and toss to combine.
