Served in individual glasses, these berry jelly trifles are a sweet sensation.

Directions

  1. Slice the trifle sponge into thin lengths and fit slices of sponge down the sides of four serving glasses. Fill the centre of each glass with blueberries.
  2. Make up jelly mixture with water, according to packet instructions. Spoon jelly into the centre cavity of each sponge-and-blueberry filled glass and refrigerate for 3 hours or until jelly is set.
  3. Serve topped with a little whipped cream, if desired.
