Directions

  1. Place mince, parsley and egg in a bowl, season well with salt and pepper and mix well to combine.
  2. Divide mixture into 12 even portions. With damp hands, shape portions into flat patties. Prepare filling ingredients.
  3. Heat a nonstick frying pan, add a little oil and fry patties in batches for 2 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Toast bagel halves or place the buns under a hot grill to brown.
  4. Layer a meat patty, pineapple, tomato and lettuce onto the bagel bases, then place the lids on top and skewer to secure filling.
