|1 cup||Gruyere cheese|
|3 tbsp||Fresh chives|
|100 g||Sliced Salami|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
- Heat oven to 180 degC. Cook macaroni, or small pasta shapes in plenty of boiling salted water for 10 minutes (or according to packet instructions) until just tender to the bite. Drain well.

- Add grated cheddar and gruyere cheeses and stir over a gentle heat until melted. Stir in the cooked pasta, fresh chives and diced sliced salami and season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon mixture into a greased oven dish, then bake for 25 minutes or until hot and cheese is golden brown. Serve sprinkled with paprika.
