Directions

1. Heat a barbecue or char-grill pan. Cut the pineapple into six thick slices.

2. Brush the ham steaks and pineapple with soy sauce and then brush or spray with the vegetable oil.

3. Working in two batches if necessary, barbecue or char-grill ham and pineapple for two minutes on each side or until they're lightly charred, and then serve immediately.
