Directions

  1. Break up meringues (store bought) into bite-sized pieces. Lightly whip cream until soft peaks hold their shape.
  2. Place broken meringues, whipped cream and raspberries in a bowl and then gently fold together just enough to combine loosely (the mixture should not be all mashed together).
  3. Divide mixture between serving glasses or bowls and drizzle with a little berry sauce.
