Cucumber rounds with smoked salmon

- Run the tines of a fork down the length of the cucumber, rotating the cucumber until all the skin has been marked by the fork.
- Cut the cucumber into 1/2 cm thick slices.
- Place the cucumber rounds on a tray and arrange small slices of smoked salmon on each one.
- Spoon a small dollop of sour cream on top of each cucumber round and garnish each with a basil leaf.
