|1 cup||Dried figs|
|¼ cup||Crystallised ginger|
|¼ cup||Icing sugar|
|1 tsp||Vanilla essence/extract|
|½ cup||Chocolate chips|
- Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until the mixture clumps together.
- Take heaped teaspoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
