Ingredients

1 cup Dried figs
½ cup Dates
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Crystallised ginger
¼ cup Icing sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla essence/extract
½ cup Chocolate chips
½ cup Walnuts

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until the mixture clumps together.
  2. Take heaped teaspoonfuls of the mixture and roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
