Spicy pork rissoles with plum sauce

|50 g||Pork mince|
|¼ cup||Fresh parsley|
|1||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|½ cup||Plum sauce|
- Place pork mince in a bowl with garlic, spring onions, grated carrot and parsley.
- Add egg and mix with your hands until combined. Season well with salt and pepper and mix well.
- Divide mixture into four and pat each piece into a flat burger. Heat oil in a frying pan and pan-fry rissoles over a medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
- Serve with plum sauce spooned over or on the side if preferred.
