Frosted orange slice

|250 g||Wine biscuits|
|1 cup||Desiccated coconut|
|⅓ cup||Sweetened condensed milk|
- Crush biscuits in a food processor and combine with coconut and citrus zest from one lemon and one orange in a bowl. Make a well in the centre.
- Melt butter and condensed milk together in the microwave. Pour hot melted mixture into the well and stir to combine.
- Press mixture into a 17 x 27cm slice tin lined with nonstick baking paper with an overhang on all sides. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
- To make frosting, beat softened butter, sifted icing sugar and juice of one orange together until pale and fluffy. Spread base with frosting and decorate with orange zest. Cut into squares, triangles or bars. Best stored in the fridge.
