Ingredients

1 tbsp Paprika
½ tsp Cayenne pepper
1 to taste Salt & freshly ground pepper
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Ground sage
700 g Pork steaks/fillets
1 to grease Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Heat grill on high. Combine spices, garlic and sage in a bowl.
  2. Brush pork with a little oil and rub spice mixture into both sides. Heat a grill or barbecue on high.
  3. Grill or barbecue pork for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, or until just cooked through. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
