Spicy grilled pork

|½ tsp||Cayenne pepper|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|1 tsp||Ground sage|
|700 g||Pork steaks/fillets|
|1 to grease||Extra virgin olive oil|
- Heat grill on high. Combine spices, garlic and sage in a bowl.
- Brush pork with a little oil and rub spice mixture into both sides. Heat a grill or barbecue on high.
- Grill or barbecue pork for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on thickness, or until just cooked through. Serve with vegetables of your choice.
