BBQ Butterflied Pork with Nectarine Salsa

Directions

  1. Heat a barbecue or chargrill pan. Brush pork with a film of oil and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook over a medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side  (depending on thickness of steaks) until browned and cooked through.
  3. At the same time, make the salsa. Combine nectarines, chilli, juice of 2 limes and herbs in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and toss well. Serve on top of pork.
