Paprika chicken with sweet corn salsa

|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|2 tsp||Paprika, preferably smoked paprika|
|2 cm||Olive oil|
|1 to serve||Lime, halves|
- To make salsa, place all ingredients in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper, then dust all over with paprika.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry chicken breasts over a medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Spoon salsa onto serving plates. Slice chicken and serve on top of salsa with lime halves on the side to squeeze over.
