Rocky road slice
125g butter, cubed; 100g dark chocolate, well chopped; 1 tbsp golden syrup; 1 egg, lightly beaten; 1/2 cup caster sugar; 1/4 cup cocoa powder; 1/3 cup chopped almonds; 1/3 cup chocolate bits

|¼ cup||Cocoa powder|
|⅓ cup||Chocolate bits|
|250 g||Wine biscuits|
- Line a 17cm x 27cm slice tin with nonstick baking paper, leaving an overhang on all sides.
- Place cubed butter, chopped dark chocolate and golden syrup in a bowl and microwave to melt. Stir to combine, then whisk in egg, sugar and cocoa.
- Stir in the chopped almonds, chocolate bits, broken wine biscuits, broken into small pieces and marshmallows. Transfer mixture to prepared tin and, using the back of a spoon, press the mixture into the tin.
- Cover and refrigerate until set. Cut into small squares using a hot knife. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
