Brunch Burritos with Bacon and Avocado

|200 g||Bacon - rindless|
|150 g||Button mushrooms|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
- Pan-fry bacon and finely sliced mushrooms until golden brown. Slice avocado and sprinkle with lime or lemon juice to stop it turning brown. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a frying pan and add tortillas one at a time, heating for 30 seconds on each side to lightly toast and warm through.
- Fill toasted tortillas with bacon, mushrooms and avocado. Serve with lime halves on the side to squeeze over.
