Hoisin chicken drumsticks

|⅓ cup||Hoisin sauce|
|3 tbsp||Dark soy sauce|
|¼ tsp||Chilli powder|
|1 tbsp||Fresh ginger, grated|
- Heat oven to 180degC. With a sharp knife, cut several deep slashes in each drumstick e this allows for quicker cooking e then place drumsticks in an oven dish.
- Combine the hoisin and soy sauces in a small bowl with the ginger and chilli powder. Pour mixture over the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat evenly in flavourings.
- Roast drumsticks for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on size, or until chicken tests cooked.
