Directions

  1. Heat oven to 180degC. With a sharp knife, cut several deep slashes in each drumstick e this allows for quicker cooking e then place drumsticks in an oven dish.
  2. Combine the hoisin and soy sauces in a small bowl with the ginger and chilli powder. Pour mixture over the chicken drumsticks and toss to coat evenly in flavourings.
  3. Roast drumsticks for 45 to 60 minutes, depending on size, or until chicken tests cooked.

    it mentions ginger in the instructions but doesn't say how much in the ingredients.
