Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling, salted water for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Drain and place in a salad bowl.
  2. Add crushed garlic, diced cucumber, diced onion, red pepper with seeds removed and drained tuna to the salad bowl. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley, lemon juice and zest.
  3. Drizzle the salad with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to combine and serve.
