Tuna and spaghetti salad

|2 cloves||Crushed garlic|
|185 g||Tuna in spring water|
|3 tbsp||Extra virgin olive oil|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
- Cook spaghetti in plenty of boiling, salted water for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Drain and place in a salad bowl.
- Add crushed garlic, diced cucumber, diced onion, red pepper with seeds removed and drained tuna to the salad bowl. Sprinkle with paprika and parsley, lemon juice and zest.
- Drizzle the salad with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss well to combine and serve.
