Ingredients

200 g Spinach
250 g Cream cheese
2 cloves Garlic
1 tbsp Lemon juice
¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
¼ tsp Nutmeg
1 to taste Salt & freshly ground pepper
1 to serve Crusty bread

Directions

  1. Drain thawed chopped spinach on paper towels to remove most of the excess water.
  2. Place cream cheese, crushed garlic and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Add spinach and process to combine.
  3. Season with cayenne, nutmeg, salt and black pepper to taste. Serve with crusty bread to dip.
