Spinach dip with bread

|250 g||Cream cheese|
|1 tbsp||Lemon juice|
|¼ tsp||Cayenne pepper|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|1 to serve||Crusty bread|
- Drain thawed chopped spinach on paper towels to remove most of the excess water.
- Place cream cheese, crushed garlic and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Add spinach and process to combine.
- Season with cayenne, nutmeg, salt and black pepper to taste. Serve with crusty bread to dip.
