|250 g||Digestive biscuits|
|400 g||Condensed milk|
|1 cup||Desiccated coconut|
|3 tbsp||Cocoa powder|
|1 garnish||Desiccated coconut|
- Place well crushed digestive biscuits, sweetened condensed milk, craisins, coconut, brandy and well sifted cocoa powder in a bowl and stir to combine all ingredients (except extra coconut). Cover the bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll mixture into tablespoonful sized balls. Spread extra coconut on a tray and roll balls in coconut to coat.
- Store brandy balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
