|4 sheets||Filo pastry|
|300 g||Shaved ham|
|1 cup||Tasty cheese|
|1 to taste||Salt & freshly ground pepper|
|2 tbsp||Sesame seeds|
1. Heat oven to 200 deg C. Lay a sheet of filo pastry on a work surface. Spray filo with oil and place a second sheet of filo on top. Cut lengthways into two equal strips.
2. Place one quarter of the ham and grated cheese and a tablespoonful of chutney in the corner of one sheet of filo. Season with salt and pepper. Fold the corner over diagonally to cover the filling. Keep folding down the strip until you have a filled triangle.
3. Repeat with remaining strips of filo and the filling ingredients so that you have four filled triangles. The triangles can be chilled at this stage for up to 24 hours until ready to cook.
4. Place the filo triangles on a baking tray, spray lightly with oil and scatter with sesame seeds. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot.
