Directions

  1. Prick sausages all overwith the tip of a sharp knife. Place sausages in a shallow ceramic dish.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients to make a marinade. Pour marinade over sausages and toss well to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight to marinate sausages.
  3. Bring sausages to room temperature. Heat oven to 180°C. Remove sausages from marinade and place in an oven pan. Bake sausages for 10 minutes, turning and basting once or twice with marinade.
  4. Serve with the flat breads and salad.
