Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together,except 1/4 cup of coconut. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Next day, form the mixture into small balls, each about the size of a walnut, and roll the balls in dessicated coconut.
  3. Keep refrigerated until needed. These sweets will last well for up to three weeks if they are stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
