Directions

  1. Wash and chop tomatoes.
  2. Place all ingredients in a large saucepan and cook for two hours or until sauce has reduced to pouring consistency. Time can vary depending on tomatoes. Remove allspice and purée with a stick blender or in batches in a blender.
  3. Cool and bottle when cold.
