Gluten Free Biscuits

|1 tsp||Vanilla essence/extract|
|2 cups||Gluten free flour mix|
|1½ tsp||Gluten free baking powder|
|¾ cup||Chocolate chips|
- Preheat oven to 180 degC. Mix butter and sugar together until pale and creamy, add vanilla and egg, then beat well.
- Add (gluten free) flour mix, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix well.
- Roll into balls and place on a baking tray. Press lightly with a fork and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
