Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degC. Mix butter and sugar together until pale and creamy, add vanilla and egg, then beat well.
  2. Add (gluten free) flour mix, baking powder and chocolate chips and mix well.
  3. Roll into balls and place on a baking tray. Press lightly with a fork and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
