Tamarillo and banana crumble

|½ cup||Self raising flour|
|½ cup||Brown sugar|
|¼ cup||Desiccated coconut|
|½ cup||Rolled oats|
- Preheat oven to 180 deg C. In a bowl, rub butter and flour together until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Mix in the brown sugar, coconut and rolled oats.
- Plunge tamarillos into boiling water for 1 minute. Remove skin and cut into slices.
- Place tamarillos in a 1.5-litre baking dish and sprinkle with sugar. Peel and slice bananas and add to the tamarillos.
- Cover the fruit with the crumble mixture and bake for 30 minutes until topping is golden. Serve with ice cream, cream or custard.
