|2 sheets||Sweet short pastry|
|½ cup||Brown sugar|
|395 g||Condensed milk|
|3 tbsp||Golden syrup|
|¼ cup||Dark chocolate|
- Preheat oven to 170 degC. Line a 22cm round pie dish with pastry and bake blind for 10 minutes.
- Melt butter in a saucepan and combine with sugar, condensed milk and golden syrup. Fold in the flour.
- Pour filling into cooled pastry base and bake for 25 minutes or until set. Cool.
- Arrange sliced bananas on top and cover with whipped cream. Sprinkle over grated chocolate.
